Overview

Pollo Campero is originally a Guatemalan fast food restaurant. It became pretty popular, however, in El Salvador. Nowadays, it is loved by the people not only living in El Salvador but those living abroad. When you leave the country you will notice how people bring boxes of Pollo Campero with them. In fact, the whole place will smell like it.
Pollo Campero is loved for its crunchy and very tasty crust. It has been around since 1971 and has opened franchises now all over Central America as well as the United States, Mexico and even China.
